Urban Stead Cheese
Urban Stead Cheese is Cincinnati’s first urban artisanal cheesemaking operation. E. Post Public Relations worked with Urban Stead’s owners to tell their story: how they became cheesemongers and what it took for them to invest and develop their business in Cincinnati’s reemerging neighborhood of Evanston. The business was featured in several local media outlets including the front page of the Cincinnati Enquirer, Urban Stead Cheese was also featured in a Food & Wine article discussing “How to Become a Cheesemaker.” E. Post Public Relations trained the couple on how to appear in front of a camera, and also assisted with various graphic design, and social media needs.
